ARP, CRRSA and CARES Act Resources

The American Rescue Plan Act, 2021 (ARP) was signed into law on March 11, 2021. This funding extended and increased the funding previously appropriated by the CARES Act and CRRSA. This act extended the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief funds to create the ESSER III Fund. Use the resources below to learn more about the ESSER funding and how this funding may be available to your organization.  

STAR Autism Support Curriculum, Resources and Professional Development meet many allowable uses including (among several others highlighted here): 

  • Planning and implementing activities related to summer learning and supplemental afterschool programs, including providing classroom instruction or online learning during the summer months and addressing the needs of ... students with disabilities...
  • Addressing learning loss among students, including ... students with disabilities ... by ... implementing evidence-based activities to meet the comprehensive needs of students.
