STAR Autism Support is looking for training professionals to deliver side by side coaching and consultation to educators and staff serving students Pre-K through secondary on how to implement SAS curriculum tools in the classroom. Building upon your existing experience using the SAS curriculum, you will be provided with extensive training to promote increased capacity for yourself and our customers through enhanced coaching skills and eventually workshop presentation skills. STAR customers are located around the United States and internationally, therefore our ideal candidate is excited by the opportunity to travel (by air and car) on average of two weeks per month. You are someone who thrives on rolling up your sleeves and helping teachers, students, and colleagues to use evidence-based practices. STAR Autism Support is looking for a Human Resource Manager who will be accountable for the management of people and culture related programs and experiences at STAR Autism Support to ensure that STAR remains a great place to work for all. The HR Manager will oversee the operational functions of the Human Resources (HR) department across the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, training, culture, performance, benefits, payroll, safety, and more. The HR Manager will report to the HR Director and support a variety of organizational development initiatives and will supervise one HR staff member to help execute strategic initiatives and day-to-day HR operations. This position is responsible for continuously improving the employee experience and the efficiency and effectiveness of all HR systems and processes.
